As part of this years UAL Research Season, a series of public and internal events celebrating the research across UAL, hear Prof. Cathy Lane speak on the research directions of CRiSAP.
‘Meet the Centres’ is a public event on March 24th where all nine Research Centre Directors from UAL will be discussing recent research and exploring the UAL research strategy themes of Environmental Change, Health and Wellbeing, Digital Futures and Community Resilience.
Sound and the Environment, Climate Health, Field recording, etc. are ongoing research foci of CRiSAP (Creative Research into Sound Arts Practice). On this background, this Sound and Environment session provides an insight to four different projects that engage the environment and climate change through sound, undertaken by members of CRiSAP.
Listening Across Disciplines II (LxDII) will host a study group that investigates the emerging field of sonic pedagogy.
