Ropery Songs

A chorus of bicycles, skipping to archival records and the rich heritage of the Ropery, will invite the audience to participate, listen and engage in an experimental action space.
Low-Tech High-Tech (LTHT) is a University of the Arts London community of practice group engaged in low-tech and high-tech action, traversing sound, space, interaction and textiles. Granted special access to the Bow Gamelan/Paul Burwell Archive, held in the Special Collections at Chelsea College of Arts Library. Ropery Songs aims to ‘awaken the archive’. The current members are Thomas Gardner, Nicolas Marechal, Anne Marr, Colin Priest and Kevin Walker.
